We’re looking for an Innovation and Performance Analyst to join our award winning transformation team and help shape the future of council services.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our continuous improvement efforts—collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data to design performance metrics that matter. Your work will directly inform strategic decision-making, enhance service delivery, and promote transparency and accountability across the organisation.
